What Curious Fit Mind is

You type a subject and Curious Fit Mind builds a short, illustrated, narrated lesson, taught by Curio with a couple of AI classmates. Lessons are generated by AI. They’re a starting point for learning and for general interest, not professional advice and not a substitute for expert or fact-checked material. Who can use it

Curious Fit Mind is made for a wide range of ages, including children. If you are under 18, you may only use it with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf and is responsible for supervising your use. Parents and guardians are responsible for the accounts and activity of children in their care.

Your account

You can start using the app on a device without an account; your lessons are held for that device. Signing in with your email or phone links your work to an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else is using your account.

Free trial, Plus, and billing

You can try Curious Fit Mind free, with a set number of lessons to start. A paid Plus plan removes that limit. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t see or store your full card details.

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your account, with access continuing to the end of the paid period. Nothing here limits the rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply in addition to these terms.

Using it responsibly

Please don’t use Curious Fit Mind to:

• request or create content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or unsafe;
• infringe someone else’s rights, or upload material you don’t have the right to use;
• try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app; or
• misrepresent AI-generated lessons as expert-verified fact.

Curio checks the subjects and materials you submit and may decline to build a lesson that crosses those lines.

Lessons and material you provide

You’re free to use and share the lessons you create for your own learning and enjoyment. Because lessons are AI-generated, they can contain mistakes, so it’s on you to check facts before relying on them. When you upload files or paste a link for Curio to build from, you confirm you have the right to use that material, and you remain responsible for it.

Our brand

The Curious Fit Mind name, the Curio character, the app’s design, and its underlying software belong to us. These terms don’t give you any right to use our brand or marks beyond using the app as intended.

Changes and availability

We’re always improving the app, so features may change, and parts of the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

As-is, and our liability

Curious Fit Mind is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we don’t guarantee that lessons are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Our liability to you is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. None of this excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop using Curious Fit Mind at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
